Fashionistas friends! Sunglasses have become the most important item for us this summer. We don’t want to wear just anything, but the fight to reach our Top Ten is getting harder and harder. New competitors have joined the race: Oliver Peoples, Alain Mikli and our beloved Juanjo Villaba.

A series of beautiful and delicate drawings that express the brand’s retro-avantgarde style and coloristic fusion

Founded in 1987, legendary Californian brand Oliver Peoples stands out for its vintage style fused with the spirit of Los Angeles and the influence of the 80s. To celebrate Oliver People’s 30th anniversary, they have released a colourful capsule collection of sunglasses in partnership with iconic French eyerwear brand Alain Mikli. This is poised to become a winning collab considering the tradition and experience both boast plus their innovative and successful designs (Alain Mikli has been innovating in the eyewear world for over three decades). As if the tandem Oliver Peoples and Alain Mikli were not enough, Spanish illustrator Juanjo Villalba is also part of the team. The Barcelona-born artist has created new illustrations to celebrate this capsule collection, a series of beautiful and delicate drawings that express the brand’s retro-avantgarde style and coloristic fusion.

The capsule collection is already available in the brands’ stores.
