The magnitude, the genius and the depth of Push the sky away, the latest album by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, provokes a strange feeling of closeness. It seems like it was yesterday when it was released, but it’s been actually three years since this wonderful album saw the light.

At the end of the year, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will be back with a new album and documental

A lot has happened since then: the release of the impressive documentary 20,000 Days on Earth or the publication of Nick Cave’s book The Sick Bag Song). Everything which, sadly, our dear Nick has had to face turned this album somehow into an eternal one. Now it’s time to transform this ethereal charm and welcome the good news: later this year, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will be back with a new album and a new documentary. The site of the Laemmle Theatre in Los Angeles announced that the album will be released at midnight on September 9, one day after the premiere of his film. No information about the album will be revealed before the screening of the film. So, through this film, we will be able to hear the songs for the first time.
