Good2b new favourite place offers the savour faire of Asia and of the Philippines in particular as far as beauty and wellbeing goes. Almost by chance, we found The Oriental Jasmine a few days ago. At first sight it looks like a pedicure and manicure salon with a tasty, Asian-style decoration. We are still grateful to the universe for having put The Oriental Jasmine in our way. With a Philippine staff, the experience is so pleasurable it feels like you’re going to levitate.
The experience begins with a Salabat tea made ??from ginger. Their manicure menu is extensive and appetizing at the same time. From an ‘On the Go’ (also known as express) option for 12 affordable euros to the Spa Manicure by Alchemy, made with organic elements, for 32 euros. For five euros, they offer manicure for kids.
The pedicure menu also features an express option for 15 euros; the Shellac option, also known as Everlasting Colour, for 48 euros, and the Oriental Jasmine option for 38 euros, including bath with salts, milk and passion fruit. They also offer 5 or 6 session packs that will eventually make your visits to The Oriental Jasmine more affordable. Other services includes acrylic nails, gel, and art deco accessories and Swarovski crystals.
But let us go now to what is hidden in the back rooms of the main space: massages ranging from a classic Hilot or Shiatsu (58 euros) to aromatherapy (55 euros) and Double Delight (95 euros). Peeling treatments made with organic ingredients and organic oils combined with a relaxing massage, which helps improve the smoothness and elasticity of the skin, remove dead skin cells and relax your body and mind. The Sensuality Women Ritual (120 euros) is a highlight, as well as the Coconut Sugar Body Scrub (55 euros) and the Mil kan Honey Body Wrap (70 euros).
However, the best kept secret of the place is its facial treatment (15 minutes for 25 euros; 35 minutes for 45 euros) by Lita, a teacher of the discipline. Rarely have we felt a similar pleasure! Word of good2b’er.
