The burguermania continues! The restaurant The Burger Lab, located right in the heart of Malasaña, serves the latest novelties as far as hamburgers goes to delight any palate with a culinary experiment that surprises us with new flavours.

The Burger Lab is the project of chef Edmundo González. The menu is a paper cloth resembling a periodic table featuring 11 kinds of hamburger: ox, kangaroo, Iberian, ostrich, deer, salmon, tofu, hake? Each hamburger is made with a combination of different ingredients, for example Kangaroo Hamburger with garlic, turmeric, juniper, mushrooms, red onion, red cheddar and balsamic sauce. Hamburgers come with fries on the side (chips, French fries, bravas, cubes or baked potatoes with ali oli). Prices range from 5.7 to 9.5 EUR.

At lunch time they serve combos for 9 EUR, including hamburger+drink+minisalad+icecream. The space is small, with tables for sharing and a modern, minimalist decoration that gives the leading role to hamburgers.

Are you a fan of hamburgers? Do you like new flavours? Don’t hesitate and drop by The Burger Lab!
