There’s no doubt Sushita Café has become a referent of take-away Asian food in Spain. Its success has led the owners to open a second café in Madrid decorated by Cousi Interiorismo. With room for 120 guests, it has a dining room, tables outside and tables in a backyard.

Sushita Café offers a warm atmosphere with an exotic and minimalist touch that distract little from the food.

The menu includes salmon from sustainable fishing, rice with designation of origin and vegetables from the best gardens.  Some of the dishes include his cold and warmer versions of quinoa, salmon and mushroom suhi maki roll; fish nigiri with truffle butter; tiger prawns with cocomuchi sauce; crispy duck rolls; chicken curry with organic rice and sesame; Barbero Jimenez beef ramen burger or pork belly bao buns, a must in New York food trucks.

A new trend that is also available in a four-wheel version in the new restaurant in Parquesur, as a magnificent and healthy ready to eat proposal. Enjoy it!
