Hey! Do you see life in head shots, continuous sequences and parallel mountings? Stories don’t make sense for you if they can’t be visualized? We know there’s a potential film director inside you that must see the light immediately and show the world his/her talents. Today we turn to you and to the fans of short films to tell you about Subtravelling, the International Short Film Festival organized by TMB. This year it celebrates its 5th edition with a succulent novelty.

The Best Short Film and Best XS Film chosen by the jury will win an iPad

As in previous editions, your metro trip can become a true piece of cinematic art. Everything depends on you. Think of a good story and shoot it on the Barcelona metro or bus and compete. You have time until 3rd November to submit your short film, an intense fortnight to prove your skills as a filmmaker and win an award. This year you have two chances to show your creativity in Rueda en TMB: a short film or a XS film. Decide how long you need to tell your story, shoot it and send it via YouTube, Instagram or Vine. The Best Short Film and Best XS Film chosen by the jury will win an iPad. And if yours is the most voted by the public, you will get a lens for your phone. But contestants are not the only ones who can win awards, film critics contributing with their votes can also win a prize.
