If your diet doesn’t include meat, Good2b will take you on a different route to places like Flax & Kale with just one click. If, on the contrary, talking about the Argentinian diet suggests delicious delicacies and a paradise on Earth, there is a new restaurant in Barcelona you will love. Rincón Criollo is located in the Eixample and has a coquettish entrance that disguises the ample, two-level restaurant inside with white rustic wood and gaucho tools.

The gauchos are masters in the art of roasting meat and Rincón Criollo follows their recipes to the letter

The essence of Rincón Criollo is based on the Italo-Argentine culinary legacy that fuses with the food of the gauchos, deft cowboys who lived off beef and cow’s leather. These typical characters of the Argentinian Pampa are masters in the art of roasting meat, and Rincón Criollo follows their recipes to the letter: home-made, unpretentious, tasty grilled meat that reaches the right level of caramelisation, served on hot slates for it to cook as you please. Other classic dishes on the menu include milanesas, empanadas made with crisp puff pastry and choripanes. As for dessert, the choice is easy: alfajores and pancakes made with dulce de leche.

And, of course, choose an Argetinian wine for the experience to be complete.

A meal at Rincón Criollo is a guilty pleasure in its own right that will cost you around 20 euros.
