The Italian high cuisine of La Briciola Restaurant has conquered our memory and palate thanks to the flavour of the real Italian cuisine. La Briciola brings traditional and signature flavours to the table made by chefs that cook the best recipes from Veneto, Piedmont and Sardinia. La Briciola pays special attention to raw materials and renovates the menu on a monthly basis so customers can enjoy the best seasonal products, including the famous white truffle from Alba or the Piamonte boletus.

The decoration of the restaurant stands out for its elegance. It pays tribute to filmmaker Fellini, with large photographs of his greatest films hanging from the walls. We recommend you to start off with an authentic Italian appetizer: a glass of spritz and some mortadela on your plate. Then try the whole-wheat pasta lasagne with caramelised duck with pear tomatoes soaked in its own juice; braised artichokes a la Trevisana with Taleggio cheese fondue; smoked venison carpaccio; fresh tagliolini with duck ragout, shallot and beer; cannelloni with Taleggio cheese and black truffle, and wild boar stew with grilled polenta. Ordering an Italian wine is imperative! As for desserts, don’t miss their delicious classic tiramisu, a shot of grappa and an espresso coffee. Ask the waiter for advice. A meal at La Briciola is about 35 euros.
