Iberian ham, that oh-so-Spanish product that is so much loved here and abroad? Why not fusing it with Japan’s wonderful cuisine? This is the idea they have had at Silk Social Spacewith the creation of a super maki with melon and Iberian ham presented in a special gastro bar that combines the best of the fantastic Palé and Silk & Soya restaurants.

The bar presents a new gastronomic concept that will allow customers to enjoy exquisite and original tapas mixing three of the world’s healthiest cuisines: Spanish, Japanese and Thai. García de Vinuesa is responsible for the decoration and Manolo Lucas is the creator of the Mediterranean tapas. We recommend Iberian ham and gorgonzola croquettes, Spanish potato omelet with black truffle and white truffle oil, spectacular mussles in pickle sauce and delicious bull tail cannelloni. On the other hand, you will find grated vieiras with lime butters, shrimps with mango and chicken brochette with sateh sauce. And of course as much ham as you wish with bread with tomato and the magnificent makis with Iberian ham.

The kitchen is open for 12 hours so that you can drop by and taste their delicacies whenever you want. The vocation of the gastro-bar is to become a meeting point to enjoy at any time of the day. Do you fancy a maki roll with Iberian ham?
