Er Boquerón  is one of our latest discoveries, but we’re not talking about a restaurant specializing in the close relative of the sardine.

Er Boquerón  is a premium craft beer brewed with seawater. The water used is pure, obtained from one of the best and cleanest Mediterranean areas. Er Boqueron is made following the precepts of the German purity law of 1516, that is, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is a copper-coloured beer with orange flashes and fine bubbles with a very light toasty yet fruity aroma.
