Sushi is a part of our lives as much as the this summer’s heat and the Game of Thrones’ seasons we watch at the wee hours of the night. What in the past was synonym with cosmopolitism, today it is so ingrained in our culture that we can easily go from having bravas to having temaki. This is how it is, but, still, we want to be surprised, we want Japanese food to surprise us again as it once did, as when we first tried fresh sashimi. Well, Enso Sushi has made that possible!

Sushi lovers will approve of this restaurant that serves top quality ingredients, including over 20 kinds of fish

Run by Asian culture expert Antonio Bernal and located on the Castellana, near the place where the iconic Nikkei 225 used to be, Enso Sushi is perfect to experience anew original Japanese cuisine, and not only in Madrid but also in Murcia and Alicante.

Sushi lovers will approve of this restaurant that serves top quality ingredients, including over 20 kinds of fish (seabream, purple fish, seriola, sea bass, bonito…) prepared as guests wish. Other dishes include tuna tartar, lemon pea timbale, spicy tuna uramaki, nigiri enso, tender crab futomaki, moriawasi tempura, breaded squidand the delicious rainbow uramaki, toro sashimi, enso scallop or lemon fish ceviche.

Enso Sushi is the real thing, a restaurant worth visiting where any preconceived idea is useless and where we were left speechless. Let’s keep eating, then. After all, that’s what we came here for, right?
