El Recibidor are Jorge, Antonio and Gerard, three friends who share a passion for vintage furniture. The 140 m2 shop is located on Sant Antoni, a neighbourhood that has more and more to offer every day the passes. Jorge is a short film director; Antonio and Gerard are art directors. This sum of these creative minds can only produce a versatile space with room for furniture, photo exhibitions, vernissages and live auctions.

At El Recibidor you will find a little bit of everything, from chests of drawers to appliances, hi-fi, ceramics and a long etc. All pieces share something: they all belong to the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Their origin is varied: Spain, England, Germany and Italy.

The interior design is the work of interior designer Iban Calzada. In addition to being a store/showroom, it also works as a studio design, open to photo sessions, shootings and events. The entrance is a large showroom for professionals, artists and the general public. The back is the studio where the three founders give free reign to their imagination.

The opening of such a creative place comes with a proper campaign. Photographer Juan Agudo Saizar has made a photo session and the film director Ramón Ayala made a short film specially for the occasion that you can watch here.
