The starters section includes crispy Japanese rice with slightly spicy tuna, tiger prawn tempura with vegetables and tartar sauce, crispy ravioli stuffed with cream cheese and crab and roasted duck and plum gyozas. Then the journey continues with miso soup and hot and sour soup, vermicelli wok noodles, udon noodles with salmon and foie, prawn pad thai, tender sirloin taquitos with sesame sauce, beef or chicken steamed buns, duck chopsuey, nigiris, makis,temakis and sashimis, scallop ceviche with black salt and ikura with ponzu dressing and assorted mochis for dessert.
