The news came a few weeks ago: the Primavera Sound line-up wasn’t still closed. Heineken announced a new stage in the festival called Hidden Stage and at least six new bands to add to the bill to be guessed via Hidden Tracks. Passed all the tests and the Primavera Sound officially opened, we present the mysterious artists: Nacho Vegas, The Wedding Present, Hamilton Leithauser, Peter Hook & The Light, The Underground Pizza and Buzzcocks.
Nacho Vegas will play at the Heineken Hidden Stage on Thursday 29 at 19:15h. That same day, the lengedary rock musician Peter Hook will play with his band The Light. Former bassist of Joy Division and New Order, at 21:30 he will play the songs on Unknown Pleasures, one of the classic albums he released with his first band.

On that day the Heineken Hidden Stage will include the presentation of Hamilton Leithauser’s solo project at 21:30h. As a climax, on Saturday 31, The Pizza Underground, one of the most unique and original bands of the current international scene led by actor Maculay Culkin, will play at 21:30h. And finally, another historic band will be in charge of closing the program of the stage at 23:00. The Buzzcocks, pioneers of punk sound and the authors of Singles Going Steady, retain the same energy and strength almost four decades after its formation. As if this bill were not enough, the Heineken Hidden Stage will also host performances by Mallorcan Oso Leone on Thursday 29 at 18:00 and by Girl Band on Friday 30th at 17:15.
The Heineken Hidden Stage works a little bit like the Auditori: festival goers have the opportunity to book for free the shows on this Stage as the capacity is limited. These tickets will be sold every day 17:00h in the information booth inside the PS, at the rate of one ticket per performance and per person. The shows by Girl Band and Oso Leone are free until full capacity.
