Who said there were only good restaurants in the city centre or that one shouldn’t go beyond the standards to enjoy high-end culinary options? A good gourmand goes wherever there’s a smell of food, and there’s good produce, and if that means going to Alameda de Osuna, well, there we’ll go. That is where Derzu Bar is, at a stone’s throw of the Adolfo Suárez-Barajas Airport. Run by chef Daniel Vangoni, Derzu Bar serves Asian food.

There’s nothing best than going to Derzu Bar and having the chefs cooking an out-of-menu dish

Among the most outstanding dishes are crab-stuffed nems, meat tataki, sautéed rice with vegetables, grilled seabass buns, its own butifarra version, lentils with curry, pak choi gyoza, pad thai and ribs with hoisin. Delicious proposals for people who like to eat well-balanced Asian flavours.
