Crucina brings to Spain the latest in gastronomy from the USA. Celebrities of the likes of Demi Moore and Nathalie Portman have already embraced the eco-gourmet philosophy based on raw food?fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, algae and organic sprouts. Thanks to new technologies, it is possible to cook them without altering their nutrients and natural enzymes, always under 41ºC.


The restaurant is a very sophisticated haven of peace with a careful decoration in green, ochre and golden shades. To start your meal, we recommend Coconut Ajoblanco or the Nori Rolls with Sauce. Then try Hindu Meat Balls with Almonds, Sunflower Seeds and Herbs with Tomato and Cashew Sauce or their Walnut and Mushroom Hamburger with Homemade Ketchup. Desserts are yummy. We loved the Apple and Pear Pie and the Mango Crêpe with Chocolate and Banana. Accompany your food with organic beer or wine, or choose among their spectacular juices and smoothies.
