Considering all the specialized restaurants in Madrid, there are almost none interested in Atlantic gastronomy.

However, we have found one in the Barrio de las Letras called Atlantik Corner, a space devoted to first-quality raw materials, wine and techniques from the Atlantic.

The menu includes references to Portuguese, Galician, Mexican, Moroccan and Brazilian cuisines, created by chef Nuno de Noronha, including  chickpeas and ear, fried eggs with callops, delicious churrasco, poussin marinated in Vinha d’Alhos, zorza croquettes, Galician shrimp with Moroccan couscous or sea bass tiraditos marinated in citric.

The offer is completed with a wide selection of wines, among which them Sacra MonterreiValdeorras, AlentejoDouro o Távora-Varosa, which increase the taste of dishes and delight guests who want to be surprised with the most traditional and authentic influences of this cuisine.
