Architecture, design, interior design and, above all, very good taste is what we find in this tiny shop located in the basement of an architecture study. We’re talking about Arquibar.

It all started because his owner, an architect, had his studio there a many curious people peered through the window or came in to ask if they could have a coffee there. And then he though: why not? So they decided to devote the morning to architecture and the afternoon to Arquibar, probably one of the most remarkable places in the city.

Dishes and homemade pastries accompanied by good cocktails and fine wines, all served on fine china and with music from the ’20s and ’30s on the background. A romantic and nostalgic place that will take you to a former tea room with all kinds of careful details.

A highlight of Arquibar are brunches on weekends with a variety of cakes, biscuits, muffins, jams, seasonal fruit, assorted breads, salmon, pate, hummus, spectacular homemade tortillas, mini sandwiches or quiches, all served with coffee, tea, juices and lemonade. Arquibar is definitely a spectacular place with a style you will never forget.

Arquibar also organizes acoustic concerts. You can also reserve the place to celebrate a birthday with friends and to order a personalized meal or a snack. Arquibar, a fantasy little corner in Conde Duque.
