Agapornis are not strangers in the way. With a third issue already out, this magazine broaches the world of pets from a contemporary and transversal perspective. It has made itself some room among independent magazines and fanzines.

Issue #3 is special for several reasons: it coincides with the first anniversary of the magazine; it features the collaboration of Russian Red, on the covers with her dog Chula, portrayed by Los Angeles-based photographer David Gómez Maestre. For the occasion, the magazine has a second cover, a photograph of one of the street cats in the Valentina Vos’ series Scratching post.

This volume comes loaded with rich visual content both in the visual by Barcelona photographer Anne Roig and with contributions by Deux Soldiers designer Nunu Solsona, who writes about how her female dog Bruna and her cat Nenah share workspace harmoniously; a piece about the Madrid association La Madriguera, which works for the recovery and adoption of abandoned rabbits and guinea pigs, and a comic by María Herreros, among others.
